Report
Caseload trends provide the context for this second report from
the study The Effects of Five-Year Welfare Time Limits in California commissioned
by WPRP. This report describes CalWORKs families as they approach the
time limit. Findings from a telephone survey of 1,797 recipients in six
focus counties conducted between June 2004 and August 2005.
